Ageing: Steel container and bottle.
Alcoholic Strength: 12,5 %.
Total acidity: 5,50 per thousand.
Sugar residue: Traces.
Dry extract: 31,00.
Bottling: Historical bordolaise, natural cork.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Red intense colour, with light scent of fruit of soft and warm forest.
Serving Temperature: 18°C.
Serving Suggestions: Red meat and mature cheeses.
Preferred Serving: Medium glass.
