Private and very charming family home located in the southern part of Tuscany, in the lee of the Monte Argentario promontory, between Porto Ercole and the ancient medieval tower of Talamone. It lies in the heart of the Maremma area, 5 km from the enticing, crystalline waters of the sea, making this area the “pearl” of Tuscany.. The Villa is equipped with tastefully and antique furnishing combined with the latest modern technology so as guarantee the maximum comfort .

Surrounded by a 4,9 acres of Italian Garden it includes an open air solarium and a swimming pool. The Villa is situated at a short distance to the sea of Argentario but you can enjoy the quitetness and privacy of the countryside surrounded by its park . Particularly suitable for events like weddings or cerimonies that can be organised in the outdoor areas with a full and professional staff who can sutisfy every request.

Entrance, Gallery, four living grooms each-one furnished with sofas and fireplace, studio, dining Room of 40 sqm. with dining imperial table, six comfortable main double-bedrooms with en suite  bathrooms (tub & shower combination), one small double bedroom with en suite bathroom,  large fully equipped kitchen , laundry & storage and one courtesy bathroom at the ground floor. Four of these comfortable bedrooms are located on the first floor of the Villa and also the small double bedroom, while the other two main bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor.

The Villa can accommodate max 14 people adult. For the young boys (from 12 to 16 years) there are  three single beds at disposal as also three baby bed for babies (from 0 to 3 years old).

1 bedroom: King bed, en suite bathroom with bathtube & shower (this can be splitted in twin beds)

2 bedroom: Queen bed, en suite bathroom with bathtube & shower

First floor

3 bedroom: Queen bed, en suite bathroom with bathtube &shower (Marilli can be splitted in twin beds)

5 bedroom: Queen bed, en suite bathroom with bathtube & shower

6 bedroom: King bed, en suite bathroom with bathtube & shower 

7 bedroom: Double bed, en suite bathroom with shower only
