The approach to the dinner will begin with a visit to the cellars where you can see where and how Montalcino wines are born. For the producer, it will be a great pleasure to welcome you in the heart of the winery and tell you its story, walking among the barrels in which the wine matures silently

Subsequently, the dinner will begin with a selection of dishes prepared by the expert hands of the local cook accompanied by a tasting of Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino
